If you wish to completely master the python language then check out this course on coursera. It is completely free and if you wish to get a certificate you mght have to pay them. Prof Charles, from University of Michigan, prepared a 5 set Course, from beginner to mastery, to learn python. I highly recommend this if you are willing to give in the time.
