The course that I am going to link is going to use OpenCV, python and basic level terminal/command line skills. If you are very comfortable with these three(especially OpenCV) feel free to skip to the main video of facial recognition. Otherwise watch the 3 videos that teaches OpenCV in python.
No prior knowledge of OpenCV will be needed if you just follow the three videos step by step.
